The above graphic is a remake of the Paleo Hebrew (ancient) letters which

are HWHY and which correspond to the English letters YHWH

(Hebrew is read from right to left) Commonly pronounced as "Yahweh". This ancient

alphabet is what most of the Dead Sea Scrolls which were found in the

Qumran caves are written in; HWHY is the spelling for the name of our

Heavenly Father as written in these scrolls.  So careful were the scribes to

maintain this name that even the scrolls which were written in Greek were

kept in the original Paleo Hebrew letters. Notice the arrow on the graphic to the left which is

pointing at the Name of our Heavenly Father written in

Ancient Hebrew, while most of the text was written in a

more modern Hebrew. In the more commonly

recognized Hebrew today this same Name would be

written as  hwhy however the pronunciation is the same.

This is a photo of Psalms 119:59-64 in the Dead Sea Scrolls which are a collection of Hebrew Scriptures that date back 2000 years. Note Yahweh's name in the ancient Hebrew script while the rest of the text is in a more modern Hebrew that was used at the time.

   In addition to the

  Dead Sea Scrolls

  which are evident

  to our Father's

Name, there have been other discoveries which also

mention the Name of our Father in Ancient Hebrew. This

marked piece of pottery to the right is called the "Temple

Ostracon" and it gives evidence to the First Temple otherwise

known as Solomon's Temple. This pottery shard from about 800 BC, written about the time of the reign of King Joash and king Judah mentions the temple of 'Bayit Yahweh or "The House of Yahweh" which is what the Temple was called at the time. This artifact is currently being housed in the Israel Museum at Jerusalem.
